1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Keystone Credit Advisors Incorporated ("Keystone," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Keystone Credit Advisors provides business consulting, credit advisory, and funding facilitation services. We act as a consultant and broker, helping clients identify and apply for funding programs. We do not directly lend money.
3. No Guarantee of Funding
Keystone does not guarantee approval for any loan, credit facility, or funding program. Approval is subject to lender requirements and is at the sole discretion of the funding provider. Results vary based on individual business circumstances.
4. Fees and Compensation
Service fees vary by program. Consulting fees are disclosed upfront before any engagement. We may receive compensation from lenders for successfully arranged transactions, which is disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, notify us of any unauthorized account access, and use our services only for lawful purposes.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Keystone's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to obtain funding.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
